Bobcat Co., West Fargo, N.D., has announced in a press release that its E60 excavator is now available from Bobcat dealers. The E60 is a new model size in the 6-ton weight class. According to the company features include:
- Need to grease the boom, arm and bucket pivot increased to once every 250 hours
- Spacious cab for operator comfort
- Heat and air conditioning system with five operation modes
- Rapid changing of attachments through a pin coupler system
- Polymer shims in lateral joints to prevent pin wear
- Auto idle and electronic engine rpm control system
- Dig depth of 13 feet 7 inches
- Operating weight of 13,556 pounds
- Rubber tracks
