Zenith Cutter Co., Loves Park., Ill., has been acquired by the Fisher-Barton Group and will operate as an independent division of the Fisher-Barton Group of companies.

With manufacturing and distribution facilities located in Loves Park, Ill., and in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam, Zenith provides products for processing equipment used in the recycling, converting, corrugated, plastics, textile, tire, tree care, roofing and wood industries.
Prior to the Zenith acquisition, the Fisher-Barton Group consisted of six business units: Fisher-Barton Blades Inc.; Fisher-Barton Specialty Products Inc.; Fisher-Barton South Carolina Inc.; Thermal Spray Technologies Inc.; Accurate Specialties Inc.; and Lineage Alloys Inc.
