Singapore-based TES has rebranded to SK Tes, following its acquisition by South Korea-based SK Ecoplant.
“We are excited to embark on this new chapter as SK Tes, which symbolizes our joint commitment with SK Ecoplant to provide innovative and sustainable services to our valued customers,” SK Tes CEO Terence Ng says.
SK Tes says the rebranding reflects the shared values and vision of both companies and features a new logo.

This announcement follows the recent opening of SK Tes’ information technology asset disposition (ITAD) repurposing facility in Fredericksburg, Virginia. The company says this site is committed to extending the life of technology assets and data center equipment by diverting valuable materials from landfills and supporting the local data center industry.
SK Tes now operates a network of more than 40 facilities spanning 22 countries, which it says underscores its commitment to delivering standardized and certified services to clients.
“We are laser-focused on delivering the highest level of managed deployment, IT asset repurposing and recycling services for our clients,” says Eric Ingebretsen, chief commercial officer at SK Tes. “Rebranding to SK Tes signifies our commitment to long-term growth and innovation, paving the way for new opportunities and reinforcing our position as industry leaders.”
SK Tes says it is committed to managing regulatory requirements, minimizing data risks and protecting client information, as well as remaining dedicated to sustainability.
