TEE will “move from its previously North American-based distribution strategy into the rest of the world,” the company has announced, calling it part of an ongoing expansion of its product portfolio.
“We have made and continue to make significant investments in Terex Environmental Equipment, which includes product development, and investments in facilities globally and team member resources,” says TEE business line director Martin Dummigan.
“Since the appointment of our international sales director, Conor Hegarty, we have received significant interest in our products from the rest of the world, from both potential dealers and prospective new customers,” adds Dummigan. “We are delighted with our current aggressive product development strategy, which will see Terex Environmental Equipment taking a truly global approach in the wood processing, biomass and recycling industries. We look forward to providing wood processing, biomass and recycling solutions for customers around the world.”
TEE’s new products include the TRS 550 Recycling Screen (with Spaleck technology) and the TDS 825 Low Speed Shredder.
The TRS 550 features a two-deck German-designed-and-built high performance screen with Flip-Flow-Screen Elastica.
The TDS 825 Low Speed Shredder is designed for applications such as biomass, municipal solid waste, construction and demolition material, and shredded metals with light and heavy fractions. The dual-shaft low-speed shredder offers options including a gearbox protection system, a cleaning system designed to eliminate items from wrapping around the shaft and a diesel system offering up to 25 percent energy savings.
More information about the products will be available at booth 5V171 at the RWM event.
