Serco Loaders, Two Harbors, Minnesota, a fabricating and machining company that supplies loaders and grapples, has announced the retirement of Dale Williamson, director of sales, after more than 18 years of service. Williamson has played a vital role in the company's success, Serco Loaders says. In conjunction with this retirement, the company has announced the appointment of Mark Shukla as director of sales to continue driving Serco’s growth and success.
According to Serco Loaders, Williamson has made significant contributions to the company’s achievements and has been instrumental in growing the Serco brand throughout its dealership network. His expertise, leadership and commitment to excellence have been invaluable to the company, it says.
Serco Loaders considers Williamson’s retirement the end of an era but says his impact and legacy will continue to resonate. The company expresses gratitude for Williamson’s dedication, professionalism and service throughout his tenure.
Taking over the director of sales position is Shukla, an accomplished professional with an extensive background in material handling in truck-mount loaders, stationary-mount loaders and large material handlers, according to the company. Shukla brings knowledge of a wide range of applications, including storm cleanup, waste, scrap, logging and rail to the position, making him an ideal successor to continue Serco’s upward trajectory, Serco Loaders adds.
"Dale's retirement is a bittersweet moment for Serco. We are immensely grateful for his countless contributions and the legacy he leaves behind,” Serco Division Manager Charles-Étienne Simard says. “At the same time, we are excited to welcome Mark as his successor. With his exceptional skills and experience, we are confident that Mark will lead us to even greater heights. We wish Dale a fulfilling retirement and look forward to the continued success of Serco under Mark's leadership."
