Secure Enterprise Asset Management Inc. (SEAM), a data destruction and information technology asset disposition (ITAD) services provider based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, has made several promotions within its leadership team. The company says the changes come at a time of continued growth for the company, which caters to highly regulated and security-conscious clients in health care, finance, education and government agencies throughout South Dakota and North Dakota.
Vince Anderson, who has been with SEAM since its inception in 2012, has been promoted to serve as president. With nearly 17 years of experience in the ITAD industry, SEAM says Anderson’s knowledge and expertise will help guide the company’s continued growth.
Paul Baldwin, who has been with SEAM since 2012, plans to transition to the role of vice president and compliance engineer. SEAM says Baldwin’s understanding of compliance regulations and standards will ensure SEAM follows best practices in this area.
SEAM has promoted Levi Hentges to serve as its vice president of business development. Hentges joined SEAM in 2015. In his new role, he will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and expanding the company’s services in new markets.
Denise DeCurtins joined SEAM in 2017. The company has promoted her to serve as general manager. In her new role, DeCurtins will oversee daily operations and ensure the company provides exceptional customer service.
SEAM has promoted Wade Whaler to serve as its testing manager. Whaler has been with SEAM since 2014. The company says his work experience will ensure all equipment is tested and sanitized prior to reuse.
Nolan Hansen, who joined SEAM in 2018, has been promoted to serve as the company’s resale manager. In his new position, he will be responsible for managing SEAM’s resale operations and maximizing returns for customers.
Ted Braaten, who joined SEAM in 2020, has been promoted to fleet manager. SEAM says Braaten’s experience in logistics and fleet management will ensure the company’s logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.

We are poised to meet these challenges head on.”
In addition to these promotions, SEAM has hired Megan Barkley to serve as its new client and human resource specialist. The company says she will oversee client relations and human resources management, ensuring SEAM provides strong customer service as well as a positive work environment for its employees.
