This recognition tells me that our employees feel fulfilled in their work and they have trust in our senior leadership, which contributes to employee engagement and our company’s long-term success. This is an honor for our entire organization.”

When employees submit reviews about their companies on Glassdoor, they are asked to rate various factors about their employment experience, including their overall satisfaction and their approval of senior leadership. As part of this survey, employees are asked to rate whether they approve, disapprove or are neutral about the job their CEO is doing.
