Plum Creek Environmental, a West Point, Mississippi-based manufacturer of waste and recycling containers and equipment, has acquired Premier Containers, a Seabrook, New Hampshire-based manufacturer of waste and recycling equipment throughout the Northeast.
The company says this strategic acquisition marks a significant milestone in its commitment to expanding its capacity and geographical presence.
Premier Containers has over 50 years of experience and expertise in designing and building roll-off and front-load containers for the solid waste industry throughout the greater New England market.
“Acquiring Premier Containers represents a significant milestone as Plum Creek strengthens our position as a leader in the solid waste and recycling equipment industry,” says James Wamble, partner at Plum Creek Environmental.

“Premier’s reputation for delivering heavy-duty roll-off containers and waste containers perfectly complements our commitment to providing equipment that is built to last. This strategic move allows us to broaden our geographical reach and ensures that we continue to meet and exceed our customers’ needs. Also, our recent acquisition of the K-Pac Compactor line positions us to be a dominant equipment provider.”
In business since 2009, Plum Creek Environmental has been recognized as one of the fasted growing manufacturers of waste equipment in the U.S. with a product lineup of roll-off containers, front- and rear-load dumpsters and a full line of stationary and self-contained compactors.
“We are thrilled. This transaction represents a major growth opportunity for both companies,” says Mike Panciocco, general manager at Premier. “By combining our expertise and resources, we are poised to greatly expand our manufacturing capabilities. This partnership not only reinforces our commitment to customer satisfaction but also empowers us to consistently deliver outstanding products to our customers. We look forward to showcasing Plum Creek’s reputation as a leading provider of quality waste and recycling equipment.”
