Paul Green, previously an executive with the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI), has formed a consulting firm to assist companies in the scrap recycling industry.
“Paul Green Enterprises offers unique and creative programs to help scrap companies obtain the highest levels of efficiency, effectiveness and profitability,” Green says.
Client services include business development, strategic planning, executive retreat facilitation, one-day organizational check-up, managing and coaching executives, developing a vision for growth and excellence, and creating avenues for organizations and individuals to succeed.
Green has more than 40 years of management and leadership experience, most recently as senior vice president of corporate relations for the Mortgage Bankers association.
