Programming and speaker lineups are just about complete for the inaugural Paper Recycling Conference India, scheduled for Jan. 29-30, 2015, at the Taj Palace Hotel in New Delhi, India.

The program will include a number of panel discussions and presentations, delivered by top executives at Indian companies and by key representatives involved in the global paper and paper recycling sector.
Additional topics of discussion include the logistics of moving recovered fiber from the port to the end consumer, supply statistics, opportunities and growth areas.
Paper Recycling Conference India is hosted by the Recycling Today Media Group, Valley View, Ohio, with support from the Indian Paper Manufacturers Association, the Indian Pulp & Paper Technical Association and the Indian Agro & Recycled Paper Mills Association. As well, Waste & Recycling India magazine and Waste & Recycling Middle East magazine are organizing partners.
With India’s population now representing some 15 percent of the world’s population, there is no better time to or place to discuss the collections infrastructure and consumption requirements for recovered paper than Paper Recycling Conference India, says James R. Keefe, group publisher of the Recycling Today Media Group.
“It is estimated that consumption of paper in India is projected to reach 13.95 million tons by 2015-2016. Further, annual recovered paper requirements are projected to jump from 8 million tons currently to some 16 million tons by 2025,” says Keefe. “Our global network of industry contacts is allowing us to work closely with people who have an intimate knowledge of the Indian market. We’re adding to that a global perspective, and we’ve filled the program with speakers who can provide unusually valuable market insight.”
Some of the key speakers who will be in attendance at Paper Recycling Conference India are:
