Camden, New Jersey-based My Auto Store says it has opened a new 280,000-square-foot warehouse in West Deptford, New Jersey.
The company says the investment gives it the opportunity to expand its operations and streamline its distribution process, amid increased demand for recycled original equipment manufacturer (OEM) auto parts.
The new building can house more than 200,000 such parts and components, says My Auto Store, boosting its order capacity and reducing shipping times to customers throughout the United States.
The new location features a dedicated customer pickup area, electric forklifts and quality control equipment My Auto Store says can ensure every part available at the new building “is industry-leading with a reduced carbon impact.”
“We are delighted to announce our new facility in West Deptford, New Jersey, as the next exciting chapter to My Auto Store’s story,” says Joe Balzano, CEO of My Auto Store.
“The recycled automotive parts industry is seeing greater demand than ever before, and this latest investment shows that we are poised to meet this demand,” says Balzano. “The establishment of our facility will significantly amplify our capacities, offering even more quality recycled parts to more customers.”
Concludes the CEO, “We have a long history of selling quality recycled vehicle parts to our customers nationwide, helping them to extend the life cycle of their vehicles.”
On its website, My Auto Store says its dismantling facility in Camden has the ability to handle more than 7,000 end-of-life vehicles each month.
