Metso Corp., a Finland-based equipment maker that makes machinery for metals and aggregates production, has announced its chief financial officer and deputy CEO Eeva Sipilӓ will resign her role in April 2025. She started as Metso’s CFO in 2016.

“I would like to warmly thank Eeva for her significant contribution to Metso’s development over the past years,” Metso President and CEO Pekka Vauramo says. “Her notable achievements include serving as interim CEO in 2018 and successfully executing the merger of Metso and Outotec, both in terms of financial management and business operations, as well as other corporate functions. We all wish her the best of luck and success in her new challenges.”
The recruitment process for a new CFO has started, the company says.
