Machinex, a Plessisville, Quebec-based developer of equipment for the waste and recycling industry, has added Jordan Wyrick as junior East Coast sales manager.
The company says that through this expansion of its team, it is poised to “infuse fresh, new talent and embrace new perspectives into its sales strategies.”
A recent graduate from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Wyrick holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science in artificial intelligence (AI) and robotics, accompanied by a minor in mechanical engineering. Machinex says his academic background reflects a blend of technological knowledge and practical problem-solving skills that will benefit the company as it continues to expand its presence in the market.
“Jordan will quickly become an invaluable asset to the company,” says Rusty Angel, East Coast sales manager at Machinex. “With a dynamic energy and passion for learning, Jordan is well positioned to help drive Machinex’s expansion initiatives forward, foster client relationships and contribute to the company’s sustained growth.”
Machinex says it is dedicated to nurturing young talent and providing avenues for professional growth and development.
“I am thrilled to embark on this new journey with Machinex and am committed to delivering exceptional results,” Wyrick says. “I look forward to collaborating with my new colleagues and jump headfirst in this new industry of waste and recycling. I am excited to meet clients and partners of Machinex from the industry as well.”
