Leadpoint, a Phoenix-based labor solutions provider for the recycling industry, has announced Lane MacAllister as vice president of safety and compliance.
With more than 20 years of experience in the industry, Leadpoint says MacAllister will be a valuable addition to the team.
In his previous role as director of safety and compliance at Niles, Illinois-based Reyes Coca-Cola Bottling, MacAllister managed environment, health, safety and sustainability professionals and implemented comprehensive safety protocols.
“With Lane’s extensive experience in safety management and his proven track record of implementing effective safety protocols, we are confident that he will play a pivotal role in maintaining and enhancing our commitment to a safe work environment,” says Leadpoint Chief Operating Officer Len Christopher. “Lane’s expertise will undoubtedly strengthen our team as we continue to prioritize the wellbeing of our employees and the integrity of our operations.”
MacAllister held diverse roles at Phoenix-based Republic Services for more than a decade, Leadpoint says. His most recent position as director of operations support involved the development and dissemination of standardized corporate processes and initiatives across the organization.
MacAllister holds a bachelor’s degree in liberal studies from Chapman University. He will be based at Leadpoint’s corporate headquarters in Phoenix.
