The i-SIGMA International Conference & Expo is back in person April 11-13 in Orlando, Florida, at the JW Marriott Grande Lakes. This marks the first time in two years that the event will be in person.
I-SIGMA, or the International Secure Information Governance & Management Association, is the trade association for secure information life cycle management. The association combines the former National Association for Information Destruction, or NAID, and PRISM International associations.
To help encourage networking for its first live event since 2019, i-SIGMA has added the Young Professionals (YP) Reception to the agenda. Sponsored by CSR Privacy Solutions (CSR), Jensen Beach, Florida, the YP Reception begins at 7:30 p.m. Monday, April 11.
Jennie Gift of CSR, an i-SIGMA board member, will give introduce the event. Gift says that as a board member, she understands the importance of inspiring and empowering the next generation of leaders in the industry.
The YP Reception will bring together industry veterans and young professionals and allow them to discuss upcoming challenges facing the industry.
Christopher Jones of Secure Records Solutions, Thomasville, Georgia, and an i-Sigma board member, says, "The most rewarding outcome of 11 years of industry involvement has been the relationships. I'm excited to see old friends and make new ones at this year's i-SIGMA conference, particularly [at] the young professionals event!"
Admission to the Young Professionals Reception is complimentary with registration to the conference.
