Free Flow acquires auto salvage firm

Virginia auto salvage and recycling company adds Inside Auto Parts assets to its portfolio.

King George, Virginia-based Free Flow Inc. says it has acquired the assets of Mineral, Virginia-based Inside Auto Parts Inc., an auto salvage and used motor vehicle dealership. Free Flow says the acquisition “is projected to double” its revenue and net worth.

Inside Auto Parts, incorporated in 1993, specializes in used foreign car and truck parts, with that sector representing 90 percent of the company’s business activity. Its motor vehicle dealership, which specializes in used late model foreign vehicles, represents the remaining 10 percent.

The Inside Auto assets will be added to Free Flow’s current operations, which the company describes as including subsidiaries that provide vehicle dismantling; the resale of OEM auto parts and supplies; scrap metal processing; auto leasing; and investing in additional operating companies.

Current management of Inside Auto Parts will remain in place to manage and operate the new FFLO – Inside Auto Parts subsidiary, according to Free Flow.

“This acquisition is tremendously significant due to its immediate impact on the company’s revenues and net worth,” says Sabir Saleem, CEO of Free Flow. “Growth through acquisition is a strategy that Free Flow expects to continue to employ. We believe additional potential acquisition opportunities will present themselves, and these will be evaluated based on their upside potential, their synergies with current operations, their ability to deliver long-term value and other relevant factors.”

In September 2020, Free Flow announced plans to pursue the construction of an auto shredding plant at its operations center in King George.
