Fornnax Technology, an India-based recycling equipment manufacturer, has broken ground on an expansive 23-acre manufacturing site in Gujarat, India. The new facility is poised to be among the largest in the world, according to the company, and will produce about 250 machinery units annually by 2030.
Fornnax specializes in high-capacity and heavy-duty recycling equipment such as shredders and granulators, and says the new facility will help strengthen its foothold in the Indian and global markets, helping in the company’s aspiration to become a global leader in the recycling industry.
Fornnax CEO and Director Jignesh Kundaria and Director Kaushik Kundaria laid the foundation stone for the facility during a groundbreaking event attended by Fornnax leadership and staff.
“This ceremony marks a historic moment for the global recycling sector,” Jignesh Kundaria says. “We are excited to bring our high-quality, innovative equipment to address various waste categories such as tire, municipal solid waste, cables, e-waste, aluminum, ferrous metals and more.

Fornnax says the new manufacturing unit will enable the company to extend its reach into markets including Australia, Europe and the Middle East.
“We are actively working to build stronger sales and service partnerships in these regions to ensure our innovative recycling solutions are readily accessible and supported,” Jignesh Kundaria says. “By collaborating with our dedicated partners worldwide, we aim to set new standards by producing around 250 machines annually.”
The company's production department is expected to scale up significantly to ensure the seamless manufacturing of high-capacity and heavy-duty machinery to meet global demands, and its research and development will continue to spearhead the development of cutting-edge technologies and innovative solutions.
