The 2025 K trade fair, held Oct. 8-15 in Düsseldorf, Germany, will focus on the industry’s most important fields of action: circular economy, digitalization and social responsibility.

After the K 2025 official exhibitor registration deadline in late May, show organizer Meese Düsseldorf says it’s evident that all the well-known companies from the international plastics and rubber industry will take part in the trade fair. Demand for stand space is high, and all 18 halls of Düsseldorf Exhibition Centre and the outdoor premises once again are fully booked.

“K 2025 will provide the complete overview of a plastics industry undergoing transformation and again have a plethora of impressive innovations in store,” says Erhard Wienkamp, managing director of Messe Düsseldorf. “We know that many of our exhibitors are already preparing their product innovations and presentations at full speed. Düsseldorf will once again provide forward-looking impetus for the entire plastics and rubber industry.”

More than 3,000 exhibitors will participate in K 2025 and present the global trade visitors their product ranges in the areas of:

  • raw materials and auxiliaries;
  • semifinished products, technical components and reinforced plastic parts; and
  • machinery and equipment for the plastics and rubber industry.

Suppliers from Germany, Italy, Turkey, Austria, Switzerland and the U.S. will be represented, while the number of producers from China, India and Taiwan has increased.

“The Power of Plastics! Green – Smart – Responsible” is the slogan for K 2025. This adds to three core messages: “shaping the circular economy,” “embracing digitalization” and “caring about people.” The industry says this puts focus on the three most important fields of action in the sector: circular economy, digitalization and people. The latter includes corporate social responsibility as well as future career perspectives for young professionals in the plastics and rubber sectors.
