Lancaster, Pennsylvania-based Ecore International, a maker of flooring surface products using recycled and reclaimed rubber, has announced the appointment of Shweta Srikanth as the firm’s chief circularity officer.
In this new role, Srikanth will spearhead the company’s commitment to sustainability and circular economy practices, driving strategies to reduce environmental impact and enhance overall sustainability, according to Ecore.

According to Ecore, Srikanth brings more than 15 years of management experience, having held leadership positions with industrial and health care companies. In her previous roles, she has driven initiatives to reduce waste, optimize resource efficiency and spearhead the development and launch of more sustainable industrial products, says the company.
