Commercial Metals Co. announced the acquisition of substantially all of the operating assets of Dunn Del Re Steel, Inc., a rebar fabrication company in Chandler, Ariz. This facility will be owned by CMC Steel Fabricators, Inc. and will operate under the name of Dunn Del Re Steel as part of the CMC Steel Group.
Dunn Del Re Steel has been serving the construction industry as a reinforcing bar and structural steel fabricator since 1970. The company's primary market is Arizona, extending also to Utah, New Mexico, California and Nevada.
