Baler and Compaction Equipment LLC (BACE), a Charlotte, North Carolina-based maker of baling and other equipment for the recycling and waste industries, has promoted Paul Domanico to vice president of sales.
Domanico had been serving as director of sales at BACE. He started his career as a sales manager with Pennsylvania-based K-Metal Fabrication Inc. selling vertical and horizontal balers as well as compactors and other equipment.
Domanico will immediately assume responsibility for all sales functions at BACE, which in 2021 became part of Ohio-based Komar Industries.
“I am very excited to see Paul ascend to the vice president position," BACE Senior Vice President Gregory Leon says. "He has been a wonderful asset for BACE his unbridled drive, determination, and innate ability to relate to clients is unparalleled. His depth of experience, knowledge and management capabilities will complement our growing team of seasoned sales executives while being our clients’ trusted advisor.”
In his new role, Domanico will focus on brand awareness and growing BACE’s national and international sales footprint in part by growing the BACE sales force while increasing equipment sales, service and parts sales to existing and new clients. Leon says Domanico's primary focus will be establishing a nationwide network of sales [and] service professionals with multiple offices in select targeted areas for staging, manufacturing and servicing equipment.
Domanico has more than 25 years of experience selling, managing and marketing equipment and services and has earned recognition as a three-time partner of the year.
“Paul’s dedication, focus and commitment to excellence through transparency and communication will continue to support our mission of being the most progressive professional company within our industry,” Leon says.
BACE manufactures balers and compactors and is a national equipment service provider for the recycling and waste management industry. The company’s IntelliBACE platform has been designed to provide business intelligence and analytics information.
