AMCS Group, an Ireland-based sustainability software developer, has been chosen by Australia-based waste management and recycling company Cleanaway for its enterprise fulfillment and transportation solution.

AMCS says the strategic partnership will help push Cleanaway’s multiphased “CustomerConnect” project forward, leveraging data and artificial intelligence (AI) to power more efficient operations and enhance the customer experience.

Cleanaway says it is Australia’s leading waste management and recycling provider. It boasts more than 300 sites across the country, manages all material streams and generates over $3.5 billion Australian ($2.3 billion U.S.) in annual revenue. The company chose AMCS to modernize its fulfillment operations, and the software developer’s platform will serve as Cleanaway’s central fulfillment hub, encompassing its commercial fleet of trucks and replacing an array of 15 separate legacy systems currently in use.

Cleanaway's fulfillment hub will be comprised of AMCS’ Platform, Smart Dispatch, Route Planner, Fleet Planner, Guided Navigation, Site Safety Module and Fleet Maintenance products. AMCS says this unified, modern solution will include multiple supporting APIs, offering an intuitive user experience, real-time data with superior visualization capabilities and intelligence, as well as enterprise-grade scalability.

The companies say their partnership aims to deliver substantial benefits for Cleanaway, including an improved customer experience; enhanced employee satisfaction through efficient information sharing and reporting; opportunities for revenue growth; and improved operational and resource efficiencies.
