Accurate Converter, a full-service precious metal recycler headquartered in Stoughton, Massachusetts, has added Joseph Nicolich as its settlement manager.
Working directly for the company’s chief financial officer, Nicolich will be responsible for handling all customer hedges, final settlements and payments.

“Joe’s skillset and his understanding of the business make him a valuable addition to the team,” Accurate Converter CEO George Lucas says. “He realizes the importance of transparency in this industry and he embraces the philosophy behind Accurate’s consultative approach to buying and selling.”
According to the company, Nicolich previously worked as an operations analyst at Heraeus Precious Metals N.A. LLC. He is a graduate of Farmingdale College with a degree in business analytics.
Accurate Converter is a precious metal processor specializing in the recycling of platinum, palladium, rhodium and iridium from automotive and industrial catalysts, spark plugs and electric and hybrid vehicle batteries. The company has six locations throughout North America.
