Accurate Converter, a full-service precious metal recycler headquartered in Providence, Rhode Island, has announced several new hires. George Lucas has been named CEO, while Brian Tetreault has been promoted to chairman. Cliff Hope also has joined as national sales executive and Alysha Miller as chief compliance officer and in-house counsel.

Lucas has held leadership positions at Gannon & Scott, 366 Processing and Rebuilders Automotive Supply. His background includes roles in the investment, packaging and real estate industries, as well as serving as a captain in the U.S. Army between 1988 to 1992.
Hope brings sales and recycling industry experience in the U.S., Canada and other international markets. Most recently, he spent eight years as a senior account manager at PMR Inc., a catalytic converter recycler based in Mirabel, Quebec.
Miller joined Accurate Converter in March and has been involved in the auto catalyst recycling industry for two decades. She ensures local, state and federal laws and regulations are adhered to throughout the catalytic converter buying and recycling process. Prior to her role at Accurate Converter, Miller focused on identifying legal issues and resolving disputes through negotiations, mediation, administrative hearings and court filings. She has worked with various government agencies at the local and state levels.
