Debbi Dodson is the West Coast schools campaign coordinator for the Carton Council. She facilitates the implementation of school carton recycling programs in the U.S. West Coast region, which includes California, Washington, Oregon, Minnesota, Wisconsin and Iowa. Barbara Heineken is the East Coast schools campaign coordinator for the Carton Council and is responsible for the implementation of school carton recycling programs in the eastern U.S., including Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Hampshire, New York, New Jersey, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina and Florida.
