Chris Giguere

Chris Giguere is a doctoral candidate in economics at North Carolina State University. He is working on his dissertation, “Environmental and Resource Policy in North Carolina: Vehicle Emissions, Disposal and Recycling,” and has worked with the North Carolina Department of Environment and Natural Resources Division of Environmental Assistance and Customer Service.
