Weyerhaeuser Co. completed its acquisition of TJ International, following the filing of a short-form merger document with the Delaware Secretary of State.
On Jan. 6, Weyerhaeuser announced that it had acquired more than 90 percent of outstanding TJ International shares through a successful tender offer.
