Sennebogen Maschinenfabrik GmbH, based in Straubing, Germany, will launch its new Sennebogen E-Series Model 821 at the bauma 2013 event set for April 15-21 in Munich, Germany.
Designed as an all-around machine, the 821 covers a broad implementation spectrum with reaches to 12 meters and an operating weight of 23.9 metric tons, Sennebogen says.
Equipped with a 97 kW Cummins diesel engine that satisfies the current Stage IIIB directives, Sennebogen says, the 821 is coming to bauma 2013 with a completely new design and optimized technology.
This machine class offers the maXcab comfort cab, designed for maximum operating comfort, an excellent overview, and a high level of safety.
The model is ideal for numerous applications areas, Sennebogen says, including the recycling of waste and raw materials, to sorting and loading activities. The machine features a strong mobile undercarriage with 4-point outriggers or an optional bulldozer blade.
Designed to be stable and safe, the 821 can be used with flexibility at speeds of up to 20 kilometers per hour, the company says. In addition to different equipment lengths from 9 meters to 12 meters and ULM stick variants, the Sennebogen modular system also offers customer-specific versions with mobile and crawler undercarriage or special solutions.
The elevating maXcab comfort cab with sliding door, comfort seat and automated heater/air conditioner offers the operator a pleasant work environment. Thanks to the elevated position and with generously dimensioned windows, the overview is always ensured, Sennebogen says.
The new Sennebogen intelligent control system, Sencon, supports the operator in daily operation. According to Sennebogen, the system links relevant machine components and, thanks to the ergonomically designed intuitive user interface, offers ideal user operability. In daily operation the operator can make the most important settings himself. For example, the idle-stop automation and Eco Mode can be selected as required, and thus fuel can be effectively saved. In Optimode, each area of implementation can be adjusted so that the machine can work at the highest level of efficiency, and save fuel. In combination with the optimized engine controller, savings of up to 25 percent are possible, according to the manufacturer.
On customer request the 821 is also available with the proven electro-hydraulic drive concept. Advantages include operating costs reduced by as much as 50 percent, low noise and the ability to work without stopping to refuel, as well as maximum environmental compatibility.
