T
hanks to you, our business is growing. Our machine population continues to grow as scrap yards and steel mills throughout thecontinent experience the simplicity, reliability and productivity of SENNEBOGEN material handlers.
As we’ve grown, we have also expanded the infrastructure required to serve you. Our North American headquarters in Charlotte, North Carolina, has recently been enlarged to accommodate more staff and, more importantly, to increase our growing spare parts inventory. We house millions of dollars in critical parts to ensure our customers will never have to wait for spares. Additionally, we have expanded our national dealer network. Our highly qualified dealers provide local service, parts and machine inventories to ensure our customers’ maximum machine availability and uptime.
As a family-based and customer-driven organization, we are able to respond to our customers’ needs quickly and efficiently. This has led to continual enhancements in our machines, making specific modifications to better suit not only the global marketplace but our valued customers throughout North America. We’ve made our machines more fuel efficient to reduce operating costs while increasing power to provide more lifting capacity and faster cycle times. We’re committed to making additional enhancements that deliver substantial bottom line results to our customers. We even went the extra mile to put a North American-made engine on our machines as a sign of our commitment to our North American customers.
The range of green line material handlers available to operators in North America has also been expanded. We began by offering the 835 M, a 94,500-lb. machine. We built upon that base and today offer machines from 51,000 lbs. to more than 245,000 lbs. And they can be equipped with virtually any attachment or magnet suited to your operation. As time goes on, we continue to expand our product range. This includes the worldwide debut of a brand new machine—the 840 M—at ISRI National 2005.
If you are considering upgrading your material handling capabilities, whether an entire fleet or a single unit, we invite you to explore the Sennebogen green line. Proven the world over to provide superior operating efficiency, our professional and dedicated staff and dealer network can work with you to assess your needs and provide the perfect solution.
Sincerely,
Erich Sennebogen Jr.
