2. Metso EtaPreShred mobile preshredder. New from Finland-based Metso Recycling is the EtaPreShred 4000 Mobile, which the company says offers these features:

- available in a semitrailer version
- designed to be easier to load and operate, more efficient to run and easier to service than earlier models
- aggressive knife design and open cutting table for high performance and wear-resistance

3. REM Portable Sort System Trailer Mount. Recycling Equipment Manufacturing (REM) Inc., based in Priest River, Idaho, has introduced its Portable Sort System Trailer (PSST) Mount, with these capabilities, the company says:
- mobile sort platform designed to be transported from site to site
- features the TRC series infeed transfer conveyor and a sorting conveyor mounted on a trailer along with pitch chutes
- options include generator power, hydraulic drive, hydraulic power unit (HPU) and variable frequency drive
