Rotobec Inc., Sainte-Justine, Quebec, Canada, and Italy-based VTN Group have announced the two companies have signed a distribution agreement that gives Rotobec, the exclusive rights to market VTN’s product line throughout North America under the co-branded name VTN Rotobec.
VTN Group manufactures demolition and recycling attachments, including shears, pulverizers and crushing buckets. The two companies say the VTN product line will be an ideal fit for Rotobec’s equipment.
Along with the sales of new equipment, VTN Rotobec will provide parts and technical support for the product line in North America.
In a statement announcing the deal, Rotobec says that VTN Group manufactures high quality demolition and recycling attachments that will be “an excellent addition to Rotobec's ‘Tough Handling Equipment.’”
