Roadnet Technologies, the Baltimore-based fleet management and tracking company, has hired Brad Parmer as a regional accounts manager for the Southwest territory, and Richard Snyder as account representative for the Northeast territory.
Parmer was formerly president and CEO of Delivery Network Associates, a delivery and logistics company in Texas. Snyder was formerly regional business development manager for Teltronix/Davis.
In their new positions with Roadnet, Parmer and Snyder will work with existing clients as well as identify and recruit new customers. This includes educating companies concerning Roadnet’s range of applications and products that offer vehicle routing and scheduling, vehicle telematics, fuel management and real-time vehicle GPS tracking for transportation fleets. They also will assist customers throughout the technology evaluation stage.
“Brad brings a strong entrepreneurial background and extensive experience in software sales and logistics to our company,” says Len Kennedy, CEO of Roadnet Technologies. “We were impressed with his ability to found and successfully operate a logistics and supply chain management organization and believe these talents will pay significant dividends as a member of our sales team.”
Snyder brings more than five years of experience in sales and marketing to Roadnet Technologies. He also worked as an account executive for the Leffler Agency.
“Richard has demonstrated the ability to establish relationships and service the customized requirements of large companies and institutions with past account representative positions,” Kennedy says. “We are also extremely impressed with his role as mentor and leader of younger sales professionals.”
