This mobile document and product destruction system from Vec-oplan LLC features a Vecoplan/ReTech RG32XL single-shaft rotary shredder capable of one-pass cross shredding. It offers the latest in bin loading and unloading systems, high payload capacity and graphic touch-screen console.

This new line of grinders consists of five models to meet a range of destruction capacity and horsepower needs. Single-shaft rotary design allows one-pass destruction of all types of confidential documents. The grinders are equipped with interchangeable screens to ensure highly secure, consistently sized output. In addition to destroying confidential documents, they are also capable of destroying audio/video cassettes, CDs/DVDs and other obsolete or defective products. The grinders feature a large feed hopper for dump-and-run destruction and are ideal for contract shredding services, record storage centers, manufacturers, recyclers and return centers. The RAM I is a high-performance baler used by recycling facilities, scrap processors and trash haulers to process OCC, paper, aluminum, plastics and more. It features a large 41-inch by 80-inch hopper that readily accepts large quantities of bulky materials. Cycle times as fast as six seconds assist in achieving a baling capacity of up to 60 tons per hour with compaction forces of up to 215 pounds per square inch. Bales produced by the RAM I can weigh up to 2,800 pounds.
