GEITH PD02 SHEAR

The PD02 shear from Geith Inc. is a robust and lightweight unit designed with universal jaws that can process a wide variety of materials. The shears have the capacity to cut 10 inches of concrete with ¾-inch steel re-bar, also 3-inch steel tubing with ¼-inch wall thickness. Special undulated knives increase steel shearing productivity by up to 20%. They are available with either hydraulic or manual rotation. Two large-bore, high-pressure cylinders generate a maximum shearing force of 202,860 pounds. The PD02 has low oil pressure and flow requirements, allowing it to be mounted on 99% of skid steers and mini-excavators on the market.

SVEDALA SCORPION CRUSHING PLANT

The new RU H4000 Scorpion is a mobile crushing plant from Svedala Industries. The fully mobile plant features two vibrating screens, a hydrocone crusher, two conveyors and a vibrating chute. The Scorpion is a secondary crushing plant fully assembled on a trailer frame built to accommodate frequent moves between job sites.

NYE CONCRETE DIGITAL CONCRETE PULVERIZER

The NYE Digital Concrete Pulverizer from National Attachments features a four-position single-digit ripper. The digital pulverizer has “four-over-five” jaws with replaceable jaw inserts and can be adjusted to select optimum jaw openings for a variety of material sizes. The ripper allows the operator to sort, index and manipulate a wide variety of materials found on a demolition job site.

LIPPMANN 4800 SERIES IMPACT CRUSHING PLANT

The 4800 Series Crushing Plant from Lippmann Milwaukee Inc. is a self-contained and easily trans-portable impactor plant. The 4248 Impactor, with a 34 inches by 48 inches feed opening, is included, as is a 16-foot grizzly feeder. The plant can handle concrete with rebar, ripped asphalt and other C&D debris.
