3. SEDA DrainTower. The DrainTower from Austria-based SEDA is a drainage system that targets end-of-life vehicles. The system includes de-pollution equipment in a compact, sturdy housing. Other features include:

- The DoubleTower includes a swing-arm mounted ATEX certified tank drill with a twin oil funnel unit that can simultaneously drain engine and gear oil
- Capable of draining 98 percent of an ELV’s liquids in as little as seven minutes per vehicle, according to the company
