Engcon EC204 Tiltrotators.
Swedish company Engcon AB, which has a North American sales office in Hamden, Connecticut, has launched an upgraded version of its Tiltrotator model EC204 for excavators in the 2-to-4-ton weight class with the same functions and features as its larger models. The Tiltrotators:
- feature Engcon’s EC-Oil quick coupler systems above and below the Tiltrotator, making it easier to change attachments or to disconnect the Tiltrotator when necessary
- offer a 45-degree tilt angle, infinite rotation, Engcon’s customized positioning system and the ability to easily mount different attachments, contributing to versatility and flexibility in excavation work
- include Engcon’s EC-Oil attachment that consists of hydraulic blocks with hydraulic, electrical and central lubrication connections
- connect automatically, along with other hydraulic attachments such as grapples, sweepers and ground vibrators, when EC-Oil is mounted on the Q-Safe quick coupler
- allow the operator to stay in the driver’s seat during attachment connection when EC-Oil is mounted on the Q-Safe quick coupler
