Demco 24-foot side-dump truck box
Demco Products, Boyden, Iowa, has released a 24-foot model of its side-dump truck box. The side-dump truck boxes are fully functional side dumps that can be mounted to a tractor or a truck on a chassis. On standard tractors, bolt-on subframes allow for mounting over the fifth wheel and multiple uses with the same frame, according to Demco.
Additional features include:
- good access to smaller areas and tighter job sites
- a rounded vee dump body that allows for larger loads and quick unloading
- a 15.8-cubic-yard tub capacity
- a FlexCorner design and large G-rail to eliminate corner cracking that is lighter and stronger than two-rail systems
- the Demco Truck Mount Box Kit, which provides side-dump capabilities for many situations
