BPS vibratory tables

Vibratory tables manufactured by Brunswick, Ohio-based Best Process Solutions Inc. (BPS) are used for settling product contents in drums, bulk bags, portable bins, bulk boxes, Gaylord boxes and lever packs. Features include:

  • a broad line of air- or electric-powered models available
  • load capacities of up to 10 tons

Metso balance crane

Metso, headquartered in Helsinki, with U.S. headquarters in San Antonio, says it has developed the MBC 95/29 balance crane, featuring the “durability of heavy mining equipment.” Features include:

  • incorporates the counterbalance principle, resulting in 50 percent less energy needed to move a load and making it up to 80 percent more efficient than comparable hydraulic excavators, the company says
  • a long reach to more effectively manage scrap stockpiling and efficiently feed shredders and shears
  • low maintenance, power consumption and operating costs

McNeilus NGEN CNG configuration

Dodge Center, Minnesota-based McNeilus Truck & Manufacturing Inc., has expanded its NGEN compressed natural gas (CNG) system offerings with a high-capacity, back-of-cab CNG configuration that provides 88 diesel gallon equivalents in a low-profile design. Additional features include:

  • suitable for fleets with class 7 and class 8 trucks
  • an exclusive design with 50 percent fewer fitting connections and 25 percent fewer plumbing components
  • three Luxfer G-Stor Go type 4 cylinders, optimizing overall system weight and minimizing height to meet low-clearance specifications
  • a dedicated pressure-relief device system that provides heat protection
  • a fully enclosed structure with easy-access door, maintenance-friendly o-ring face seal connections and North American-manufactured CNC formed high-pressure lines
