Vermeer Manufacturing Co. has introduced its HG525 trailer-mounted horizontal grinder for large-scale applications. Features include:

• A turbo-charged air-to-air charge-cooled Caterpillar engine

• A high-capacity infeed system that features an open-ended chain and slat feed table that allows the grinder to accept longer material

• The patented duplex drum hammermill cutting system offers optimum cutting performance with reduced maintenance

• The HG525 has been equipped with a 36-inch diameter hydraulic floating feed roller that can apply constant down pressure on various sized materials.

Kue-Ken jaw crushers are available from Helser Services Inc. The crushers offer several features, including:

• Available in full dimension-plus BIG BITE® size or in high-speed standard sizes

• Supported by parts, factory repair and around the clock service

• Features a patented straight line compression crushing action that eliminates the up and down rubbing and abrasion problems inherent in some other jaw crushers

• A double-toggle design drives a "virtually unbreakable" swing jaw.

The new Trans Screen 42-inch x 32-inch jaw crusher can be customized to meet the customer’s needs.

• Designed for the recycling industry, the portable jaw has hydraulic adjustment and a 46-inch x 16-foot grizzly feeder

• There is a 36-inch clearance for rebar between belt and jaw discharge

• It is powered by a Caterpillar 3306 diesel, and has a twin disc clutch, ABS system, and an overhead magnet to remove metals

• The machine also features hydraulic folding hopper wall, folding discharge belt, and folding side fines conveyor/flip grate bypass chute

• The machine stands on six hydraulic jack legs at the jobsite.
