GENESIS DEMOPRO ATTACHMENT
Genesis Equipment & Manufacturing Inc.
has introduced the DemoPro Concrete and Steel Processor. The hydraulic attachment is designed to efficiently cut and process concrete and steel encountered in demolition applications. The attachment is available with jaw openings of up to 47 inches and can fit excavators in sizes from 25,000 pounds to 170,000 pounds. It can downsize large pieces of concrete as well as rebar and structural steel encountered at demolition sites. The DemoPro can also be used for secondary processing—reducing materials down to pieces 6 inches and smaller.EXCEL PORTABLE CRUSHING PLANT
Excel Machinery Ltd.
has introduced the Super 2015 portable crushing and screening plant, a high-volume machine that can process aggregate, concrete, brick and block, asphalt and mixed materials at a rate of 150 to more than 300 tons per hour. The Super 2015 is self-contained and has been designed to be easy to transport and set up. The machine can be outfitted with a direct impact crusher with a two-bar, three-bar or four-bar rotor.NATIONAL ATTACHMENTS/NYE PULVERIZER
National Attachments
and NYE Manufacturing Ltd. have introduced the NYE Digital Concrete Pulverizer. The patented device features a four-position single digit ripper integrated into NYE’s mechanical concrete Pulverizer. NYE’s Digital Pulverizers have four over five jaws with replaceable jaw inserts as well as a three-position "deadman" to select optimum jaw openings to handle a wide variety of product sizes. The ripper allows the operator to sort, index and manipulate materials of any size or shape. The operator also has the ability to pry or rip up slabs such as flooring or bridge decks. The ripper functions in any of its four positions by using the laws of gravity. A parked position allows the Pulverizer to be used as it would without the ripper, while in the forward position the ripper can be used for prying part, lifting and flipping heavy concrete slabs. With the ripper pointing straight down, the operator can pry apart slabs by forcing the point down into the cracks and expansion joints. Finally, the back position is the most aggressive, allowing the operator to "rip and disrupt even the toughest materials."
SWINGER ROUGH TERRAIN FORKLIFT
The Swinger 1600 rough terrain forklift truck can handle delicate loads as well as heavy-duty loads weighing up to 1,600 pounds at an operating load center of 24 inches. The machine’s maximum lift height is 10-1/2 feet. Swinger touts the articulated four-wheel drive lift as being compact and maneuverable. It is powered by a 32-horsepower, four-cylinder Kubota diesel engine. The operating weight is 4,500 pounds and the length of the machine is 97.5 inches (without forks).
VERMEER TG525 TUB GRINDER
Powered by a 525 horsepower Caterpillar engine, the new TG525 tub grinder from Vermeer Manufacturing Co. is designed for heavy-duty grinding jobs. With an optional knife screen, the TG525 can handle materials such as palm fronds and stumps as well as construction debris such as sheet rock. The machine’s cab rotates fully and its loader boom has a payload of 3,000 pounds.
