MASTERMAG HD2 SUSPENDED MAGNETS

Global Equipment Marketing Inc. is now offering Mastermag’s new HD2 Series of self-cleaning suspended magnetic separators.

• The separators can be used in extreme applications, such as C&D and crushed concrete, where material burden depths often run as deep as eight to 12 inches.

• The HD Series permanent magnets are capable of being suspended high enough, at 12 to 16 inches, to capture and separate all types of tramp metals.

• Features the exclusive Tri-Polar Magnetic Circuitry, which directs the entire magnetic field straight down onto the conveyor; the material being processed and especially the tramp iron to be removed, rather than magnetizing the frame, rollers or other equipment.

This makes the competitively priced HD2 Series 30% more powerful than many equivalent conventional permanent magnets and also makes it equal or stronger to electro magnets in many applications.
