Long-time scrap recycler Peter Mason died in April at the age of 79.
Mason was born in Newcastle upon Tyne in the United Kingdom. He later settled in Houston and became the president of Houston Metal Processors and Recyclers.
His son Peter S. Mason, who works for Keywell LLC, says his father was well-respected in the recycling industry for 50 years and will be missed by all who had contact with him.
He is survived by his sons, Peter and Alistair D. Mason.
