Vecoplan LLC, High Point, N.C., has announced two staff promotions.
Mike Wilhoit has been promoted to the newly created post of vice president of operations. He previously served as the company’s operations manager, overseeing the recently completed expansion of Vecoplan’s North Carolina headquarters.

Vecoplan also has promoted Todd Carswell to the position of vice president of technical services.
Carswell has been with the company for 10 years, most recently heading technical development, where he oversaw Vecoplan’s R&D team.
In his new position, Carswell is responsible for overseeing all technical aspects of Vecoplan’s continued growth as well as the company’s service department.
"As the sheer number of customers, machines and systems that we have in the field has grown and the sophistication of our technology has increased, the need for VP-level management of our customer support assets has also increased," Beusse says. "Todd brings extensive knowledge and expertise to this department, having been the designer of several of our products and control packages."
