INSTITUTE OF SCRAP RECYCLING INDUSTRIES INC.
The Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries Inc. (ISRI), Washington, has added John Gilstrap as director of safety.Gilstrap has more than two decades of experience in OSHA compliance, safety engineering, training and accident prevention. He has served as the safety consulting division of a Fortune 500 company, has managed the safety and health department of an explosives manufacturing plant and has run his own consulting practice.

AMLON RESOURCES GROUP LLC
Amlon Resources Group LLC, New York, has named Tim Cimperman as its new sales manager. He was formerly a sales representative with Inmetco (an INCO company) and will work from a Pittsburgh office.
Cimperman has worked in the environmental and recycling industries for more than 15 years.
FLEXCO
Flexible Steel Lacing Co. (Flexco), Downers Grove, Ill., has added new marketing and sales officers to its staff.
Thomas S. Wujek has been named vice president of sales and operations. He has been a Flexco employee since 1992 and has served as a project manager, quality assurance manager, field sales representative and director of sales and operations.
Wujek will direct field sales and customer service functions in North America and will take responsibility for Flexco manufacturing facilities in Downers Grove, Ill., Grand Rapids, Mich., and Santa Fe Springs, Calif.
Michael J. Stein is the company’s new director of marketing. The new Flexco employee will be responsible for product management and marketing communications functions within the company.
Stein has previously worked for divisions of St. Louis-based Emerson Electric Co.
