AMLON RESOURCES GROUP LLC
Amlon Resources Group LLC, New York City, has announced a corporate and management restructuring.
Robert L. Koppel and Lee B. Lasher, formerly president and senior vice president, respectively, of Amlon Metals LLC USA, have been named as managing directors of worldwide operations for Amlon Resources Group (ARG) LLC.
Amlon Resources Group is a diversified international company whose four primary business units are comprised of catalyst and environmental management, handling residues and scrap, spent catalyst, ores and concentrates and finished products.
The company says that in addition to operating its existing global offices, strategic alliances and current commodity activity, the Amlon Group will be expanding its international locations and business scope.
Stanley-Labounty
Bill Bray has been named as vice president of Sales and Marketing for Stanley Hydraulic Tools, operating out of the company’s Milwaukie, Ore., office.
Bray returns to Stanley from ICS, Blount Inc. where he was the national sales director for the past five years. Prior to that, Bray worked at Stanley for 27 years in various sales and marketing roles within the corporation. Bray first joined the Hydraulic Tools Product Group in 1983 and held various sales management positions during the next 16 years including vice president of sales.
Bray will oversee the Sales and Marketing functions for the Hand-held and Mounted Breakers, LaBounty, Rental and Railroad product groups.
In Memoriam: Janet Perry
Janet A. Perry, an owner of baler and compactor manufacturer Cram-A-Lot/J.V. Manufacturing, Springdale, Ark., passed away in July after a long battle against cancer.
Perry was involved in the advertising, media relations and trade show aspects of J.V. Manufacturing. She helped J.V. Manufacturing, which began as a small family business, grow into a company with some 200 employees.
She was active in the Arkansas Press Women organization, serving as president of the group and at times representing it at National Federation of Press Women events.
