Golden Aluminum

Golden Aluminum, a subsidiary of ACX Technologies Inc., Golden, Colo., has named Bruce Pole to the position of vice president of finance and accounting. Prior to joining Golden, Pole was division controller for Nucor Steel, most recently in its Plymouth, Utah, bar mill.

Anheuser-Busch Recycling

Kenneth Loddeke has been promoted to senior market manager for Anheuser-Busch Recycling Corp., St. Louis, Mo. In his new position, Loddeke will manage the marketing activities for Anheuser-Busch Recycling in Arizona, New Mexico, Southern California and Mexico. Loddeke joined Anheuser-Busch Recycling in 1980.

ISRI

Kenneth Fox has been promoted to the new senior executive position of director of finance and administration for the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries, Washington. Fox served as director of finance since 1989. In addition, Thomas Kollins has been named director of marketing for ISRI, another new senior position; Clare Hessler, director of state and local programs since 1993, has been promoted to director of federal and state policy; and Marylou Primus has been hired to serve as government relations administrative associate.

Al-jon

Al-jon Inc., Ottumwa, Iowa, has promoted Jim Knowles to product manager for the Impact 81K landfill compactor. In his new position, Knowles will be responsible for all aspects of sales and marketing for the Impact 81K. He has been with Al-jon for 12 years.

Klempner Bros.

Barry Holden has joined Klempner Bros., Louisville, Ky., as vice president of engineering and plant maintenance.

Southwire

Southwire Co., Carrollton, Ga., has announced the pending retirement of two senior-level executive officers, Harlan Carroll, vice president of metals management, and Frank Jones, vice president of transportation. Both are past recipients of Southwire’s Distinguished Service Award, the company’s highest honor.
