Ross Corp., Eugene, Ore., has appointed Greg Foy to the position of vice president of engineering and quality assurance. Foy has more than 10 years’ experience in manufacturing and marketing waste and recycling products.
Donald Kincade has joined SSMP Trading Co., a division of Sand Springs Metal Processing Corp., Sand Springs, Okla., as vice president. In addition, Kincade will trade in all grades of steel scrap and metals. He will open an office of SSMP Trading in Springfield, Ill. Active in the scrap industry since 1972, Kincade was most recently vice president and general manager of IBS Inc., Peoria, Ill.
William Angel
has joined Keywell Corp., Baltimore, as vice president. As such, he will be responsible for industrial and aerospace metal industries, including manufacturing of super alloys and titanium. As such, he is responsible for all public policy and government affairs activities for the Institute.Previously, Bateman served as chief of staff for Rep. vice president - Trading. As such, he will be responsible for directing sales and marketing throughout the U.S. Braselton was most recently employed by AIRCO, a division of the BOC Group in Murray Hill, N.J.Lon Robinson
has joined Lindemann Recycling Equipment Inc., Charlotte, N.C., as a manager of engineering in the research & development department. Robinson is a registered professional engineer in North Carolina, Texas and Oklahoma, a member of the National Association of Professional Engineers and a member of the Texas Tech University Mechanical Engineering Industrial Advisory Board.Before joining Lindemann, Robinson was manager of engineering with Mosley Machinery Co.
IMCO Recycling, Irving, Texas, has promoted Richard Kerr
president of the company’s metals division and chief operating officer. Kerr was formerly executive vice president and chief operating officer of IMCO.In his new position, Kerr will have responsibility for IMCO’s present production facilities as well as the development and expansion of its metals business. He joined IMCO Recycling in 1984 as regional manager, was named executive vice president in 1987 and chief operating officer in 1991.
