Asia Pulp & Paper also agreed to list a portion of its pulp purchase requirements on PaperExchange.com's web site to supplement their internal production. Further, Asia Pulp & Paper plans to use PaperExchange.com's credit approval and payment processing services for a portion of their North American transactions to optimize the efficiency of their online business. This alliance enables Asia Pulp & Paper to extend their global reach by participating in PaperExchange.com's e-marketplace, and further enhances PaperExchange.com's visibility in the Asian marketplace. "Our alliance with PaperExchange.com further expands our worldwide reach and positions us as an international pulp and paper leader in the global online economy," said Teguh Ganda Wijaya, president of Asia Pulp & Paper.
