AL-JON SUPER 400 BALER CAB

Operator comfort is one of the key features of the Super 400 Baler being offered by Al-jon Inc. Standard features in the roomy “Sky Box” cab include fully adjustable suspension seats and climate control heating and air conditioning. The logger/baler also features a hydraulic system that elevates the cab an additional three feet for better visibility for the operator.

GRASAN KR1013H MOBILE RECYCLING PLANT

A new mobile concrete and asphalt rubble crushing plant has been introduced by Grasan. The KR1013H is billed by the company as a highly-mobile “town and country” system with a compact size that is ideal for use in urban areas. The KR1013H can crush concrete and asphalt rubble at up to 200 tons per hour. Potential applications include those at demolition and excavation sites, road building and reconstruction projects, and at quarries.

SPECTRO PORTABLE METAL ANALYZER

Spectrosort is a small, low-cost, portable metal analyzer specifically designed for scrap sorting by Spectro Analytical Instruments Inc. The company bills the device as rugged, reliable, and simple to operate. Two versions are available: the Arc version provides fast metal sorting and is ideal for handling large numbers of samples while the Spark version is designed for applications such as differentiating alloys such as scrap containing 65% Nickel from 67% Nickel.

MORBARK GREEN WASTE SYSTEM

Morbark is marketing several of its products together as a complete green wood waste system. “Our customers are searching for equipment systems that position them to add value to the recycled product and increase market opportunities while holding the line on production costs,” says Morbark marketing manager Larry Burkholder. The green system, which was exhibited at WasteExpo, includes the Model 1300 tub grinder, the Model PT 737 portable trommel screen, the Morbark Wood Hog grinder, and the N-Viro Mulch Coloring System.
