GT MFG. NARROW PATH SWEEPER
GT Mfg. Inc. has introduced the Model M9000 MasterSweep attachment for fork trucks. The M9000 has a narrow path sweep of 48 inches compared to the 60-inch path found on other GT Mfg. models. The Model M9000 features easy attachment to the fork truck, push-button operation, and an advanced dust control system.
MITSUBISHI CUSHION TIRE FORKLIFTS
Mitsubishi Forklift Trucks has introduced new 3,000-6,000 lb. capacity cushion tire forklifts – models FGC15K, FGC18K, FGC20K, FGC25K and FGC30K – redesigned for operator comfort and increased productivity. Design improvements on the trucks include supportive seat cushion design, anti-vibration rubber engine mounts, fully hydrostatic steering, open-step access for easy entry, and a revamped cooling system with square-wave radiator.
TRAMAC SILENT DEMOLITION ATTACHMENTS
Tramac’s latest generation of hydraulic silent demolition attachments has been launched, covering carriers from 17 to 66 tons. Complementing the wide range of Tramac breakers, each demolition attachment is available as a standard MB version–the MB-350, MB-400 and MB-550–with jaws designed for processing concrete and rebar in one operation. With interchangeable jaws, the MB can be converted into a steel shear or a concrete pulverizer, designated in the Tramac line by the letters MS and MP respectively.
TRYCO/UNTHA SHREDDER
Tryco Manufacturing has introduced the Tryco/Untha Model LR-700 Shredder, its most economical ram feed grinder with auger removal system. Boards, panes and blocks can be reduced to saleable mulch, bedding or fuel with the new LR series Untha Shredder. Hardened steel cutters, mount-ed in replaceable holders, operate quietly at 80 dB and do the job at a slow 96-rpm. A Siemens Electronic Control system provides the proper ram pressure plus automatic cutter reversal and foreign substance recognition.
CATERPILLAR 345B MATERIAL HANDLER
Caterpillar Inc. has announced development of the Caterpillar 345B Material Handler. The 345B MH incorporates proven construction equipment technology coupled with features designed to move scrap, demolition debris and bulk materials quickly and efficiently when equipped with a grapple, magnet or clamshell. The 345B MH produces 290 hp and weighs 122,550 pounds. Caterpillar specifically designed features to deliver high productivity and reliability in scrap and material handling applications.
USM PRODUCTION PLUS PARTS
U.S. Manufacturing Inc. (USM) Production Plus Parts are designed to prolong the life of replacement wear parts for tub grinders and horizontal feed machines by as much as 50%. USM’s patented design protects nearly all of the replacement tip’s unused portion, allowing for a fresh cutting edge with every use. Production Plus parts are available for most major model grinders.
CLARK MATERIAL HANDLING CO. M SERIES TRUCKS
Clark Material Handling Co. announces the newest addition to its truck line: the M Series, a group of tough, pneumatic tire machines featuring a simple, proven design that combines exceptional durability, reliability and working ability with an economical price. There are four models in the M Series, each with a package of added features, that range from 3,000 pounds to 15,000 pounds.
